#liebesleader: Progress depends on unreasonable people #stopmakingsense

No, we have to keep doin’ it the traditional way. No, we cannot change the once successful process. We have to try harder. We have to optimize the process’s efficiency. We have to become Six Sigma. Zero-tolerance.

We do not have the time to discuss the process/product itself. We have to get rid of everybody challenging our process/product. The process/product is all we have. We cannot afford to abandon it. Tradition is our god.

“Reasonable people adapt themselves to the world. Unreasonable
people attempt to adapt the world to themselves. All progress,
therefore, depends on unreasonable people.”
George Bernard Shaw
